Company Goals
American Life Inc.'s goals are simply stated:
- To build a strategic portfolio of contiguous and near-by properties in its Regional Centers, districts in the path of current and future development, that will have a value far in excess of the sum of each property's separate value.
- To realize such value in the future by:
- Selling part or all of the portfolio to a large developer or real estate investment trust,
- Developing the parcels, or
- Forming a publicly traded real estate investment.
